What you buy

Digital products sold on this site are delivered as downloadable files. The listing price is shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout and the total is shown before you pay. While our cross-border sales in the European Union stay under the €10,000 threshold for small suppliers, we charge Bulgarian VAT on sales to consumers in other EU countries. Above that threshold we charge the rate of the buyer’s own country. Business buyers in the European Union with a valid VAT number pay under the reverse-charge rule.

Delivery

The download link appears on the order confirmation page and in the receipt email, normally within minutes of payment. If the link does not arrive within one hour, write to [email protected] with your order number.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right is lost when delivery starts with the buyer’s express consent and acknowledgement. The checkbox at checkout records that consent.

Refunds

If the product is not what you expected, write to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we refund the full amount. No reason is required. This refund is our own policy. It applies whether or not the right of withdrawal above has been lost. Refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Licence

A purchase covers one buyer, for personal use in the buyer’s own acquisition work. No resale, no redistribution, no publication.

Not advice

The product is educational material. It is not valuation, verification, investment, legal or tax advice. The buyer keeps full responsibility for any bid.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card data never reaches this site. Charges appear as MATCHMYPROFIT on the card statement.

Consultancy services

Consultancy services are agreed by written engagement and invoiced separately. They are paid by bank transfer and are not sold through the online checkout.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of your country of residence. If we cannot settle a complaint directly, you may contact the Commission for Consumer Protection of the Republic of Bulgaria at https://kzp.bg/, or, if you live in another EU country, your national European Consumer Centre at https://www.eccnet.eu/
