I check the seller’s records for you before you pay him.

I’m Zhivko Stoychev. In 82 deals I worked for the seller while a buyer checked the records.

I work with buyers of online businesses worldwide, in English. If the seller gave you his records, I can read them before you pay him.

I’ll tell you about my deal

Nobody who works for you checked the seller’s numbers.

You signed a letter of intent and you named a price. That price came from the seller’s own figures.

His accountant works for him. The marketplace earns its fee when the sale closes.

After the closing, you pay for every error in those figures.

In about two weeks you get the earnings check and any relevant EU record checks.

I work on the records, not on the listing. I read bank statements and payment processor exports. I compare the profit and loss with the cash in the bank.

I rebuild the earnings the way a buyer must count them, with a salary for the owner’s work. Every cost added back to the profit gets a mark: Legitimate, Contested or Rejected.

Where EU rules apply, I check the records in three areas.

VAT: records of VAT registration and use of the one-stop shop.

Platform reporting: the seller’s records of marketplace reporting to tax authorities.

Personal data: records of where customer data is stored and the proposed transfer.

I flag gaps in those records and the questions for your local legal or tax adviser.

I’ll start with my deal. →

A listing contains the sentences the seller chose. His bank statement contains what happened.

The Deal Screen checks the first. Verification checks the second.

I’ll read the Deal Screen page first. →

€4,000, VAT not included, for one deal.

The work starts when I receive the records. About two weeks later you get the document.

I send you the request list first. It asks the seller for monthly profit and loss for 24 months.

It asks for the balance sheet and the last two annual accounts the business filed. It asks for payment processor and marketplace exports for the same 24 months.

It asks for 12 months of bank statements from the trading account.

If the records do not support a full check, I deliver the part they support. Then I name what is missing, and that list is still yours.

Verification is not a valuation. I make no claim under IVS, USPAP or any statutory standard.

Verification is not legal advice and not tax advice. Those questions need qualified advisers in the relevant country.

I read the records the seller supplies. I do not audit them. My findings hold only if those records are complete and true.

You are the only person who may rely on the document.

I’ll request Verification

The button opens a short form: your name, your email, and the business name or listing link. You add one line about the deal.

I reply within one working day to confirm the scope and send the invoice.

You pay it. I send you the request list. The two weeks start when I receive the records.

This page is for a buyer who signed a letter of intent.

Before you sign, the Deal Screen is the cheaper check.

Verification is available to buyers worldwide. The work and report are in English. I confirm which records I can check and which questions need a local specialist.
