I read one listing and show you the profit that survives.
I’m Zhivko Stoychev. Sellers hired me to write the listing in 82 deals over 14 years. I know what a listing leaves out, and I now read listings for buyers worldwide. The work and sheet are in English.
If the listing in front of you states a profit figure, I can tell you which part the seller proved. I also tell you which part he did not prove.
Survives means: the profit stays after I check every cost the seller added back.
The price comes from a number that nobody checked.
You hold a listing. Its price comes from the seller’s profit figure.
His accountant works for him.
Buyers of online businesses pay 1.4 to 3.3 times profit on average. The top quartiles pay 2.3 to 5.5 times.
So every €1,000 of profit you cannot prove costs you €1,400 to €3,300 of price.
Those multiples come from my July data pack on EU online-business sales.
In 48 to 72 hours you get one sheet.
The left column shows the profit the seller claims. The right column shows the profit that survives.
Between them, each cost the seller added back to the profit has its own line.
I mark each line Legitimate, Contested or Rejected. Beside each mark I name the document that changes it.
Under the sheet you get my verdict on the listing: PASS, PROBE or WALK.
Then you get the questions for the seller. I write them ready to send. You copy them into an email and send it.

The Deal Screen sheet shows the claimed profit on one side and the profit that survives on the other.
I know where a listing leaves out the owner’s work, because I write listings.
Look at the pet accessories store from the test. Revenue €531,700, net profit €78,900, asking €268,700.
Divide the asking price by the profit. The answer is 3.41.
The listing says four hours a week. Someone still ships the orders. Someone still answers the customers.
A market salary for that work is €35,000 to €70,000 a year.
Subtract €35,000 and €43,900 of profit survives. At the listing’s own multiple that profit gives a price of €149,505.
Subtract €70,000 and €8,900 survives. That gives a price of €30,310.
The seller asks €268,700. The gap is €119,195 to €238,390.
Those prices are arithmetic at the listing’s own multiple. They are not a value.
The gap comes from one line: the salary for the work the listing calls four hours a week.
€750, VAT not included, for one listing.
The 48 to 72 hours start when you pay the invoice and I receive the listing.
48 to 72 hours later, I send you the sheet by email.
I need the link to the listing and the asking price. Send me everything else the seller sent you, with his profit and loss.
If the seller’s documents do not support a full bridge, I complete the lines they support. Then I name what is missing and why it stops me. That list is still your deliverable.
The Screen is not a valuation. I make no claim under IVS, USPAP or any statutory standard.
The Screen is not legal advice and not tax advice. For legal or tax advice, use a qualified adviser in the relevant country.
The Screen does not prove the seller’s figures. I do not audit what you send me. My findings hold only if your documents are complete and true.
I write the sheet for you alone. A bank, a lender or another buyer may not rely on it.
What happens after you press the button.
The button opens a short form: your name, your email, the listing link, and one line about the deal.
I reply within one working day with the invoice.
You pay by bank transfer. I add VAT on the invoice where it applies.
You pay it, and the work starts.
I send you the sheet, my verdict and the questions by email.
You can also have a 30-minute call with me.
The call is not mandatory, and it costs nothing extra.
If you prefer email only, you get everything by email.
More than one listing.
Three listings within one month: €1,950, VAT not included.
Five listings within one month: €3,000, VAT not included.
One sheet for each listing, and one invoice for all of them.
The nothing-new guarantee. Read the sheet.
If you already knew everything in the sheet, write to [email protected] within seven days.
I refund the €750. I do not ask why. You keep the sheet and the questions.
After you sign the letter of intent, the listing is no longer what I read.
A Screen covers one listing. A listing holds what the seller chose to write.
If my verdict is PROBE, you send the questions. The seller’s answers decide your next step.
Once you sign a letter of intent, the seller gives you his records.
To read those records is a different job. Its name is Verification.
I signed the LOI. Show me Verification
This page is for buyers, not for sellers.
A Shopify store, a SaaS, a content site or an app is inside the Screen.
A business with a physical shop, an office or staff on site is outside it.
Close the tab and you owe me nothing.
